Selections from my sketch books.

These pictures have been scanned in from my sketch books, which have been used for many years in many locations.  They are very personal and because of that, and the problems of scanning pages larger than A4, I do not offer any of them for sale in any format.

The actual size of the paintings is 20 x 50cm approx, in the case of a double spread, and 20 x 25cm approx for a half spread.  If the text includes click on the picture for a close-up or enlarged image.

I always prefer looking at the sketch books of artists as the works in them seem to me to be much freer and fresher than "finished" work.  I hope you will enjoy this selection..
